One of the most famous savouries of India, the samosa, is the universal favourite among most folks. Be it the tiny, simple roadside onion stuffed ones or the modern richly garnished appetisers, the samosa never fails to leave tongues tingling for more! This savoury serves to be one of most scrumptious street foods and one of the most delectable starters at the top notch restaurants across cities. To everyone's delight, this fantastic food has evolved into more than a hundred types!

1) Chole Samosa: Which Indian chaat item is ever complete without the delicious Chole? Stuffed with chick peas cooked in the best of spices and garnished with coriander, this samosa's crunchy exterior in stark contrast to the mouth-watering filling will leave you wanting for more!
