Wow. Amazing place. Enjoyed to the core. - by Suman B P for The Beautiful Sakhleshpur - Roadtrip with Hike | Muddie Trails .
I went with #muddietrails on a trip to Agumbe and this was my first trip along with complete strangers to an unknown place. I had read the reviews about #muddietrails before I registered with these guys and was pretty convinced these are a good bunch of people who will organise things properly.Almost needless to say, the trip and the trek was extremely fun and very well organized. The bunch of people I trekked and stayed with were fun to hangout with and were extremely helpful and kind all round the trip and trek. While we started the journey from Bangalore, the bus that we had to board was delayed because of some reason and to compensate for that, the organisers booked cabs to a common spot where all could board at the same time in order to save sometime. Along with that, during the journey, the bus driver (was his first time as well I guess with #muddietrails) had some altercations with the organiser, but they handled the situation pretty maturely without causing any inconvenience to the people. While on this trip, I realized there were many people who had been to various places along with #muddietrails, so you can understand how much these guys trust #muddietrails. Some things you'll need to take care about is #muddietrails would ensure you enjoy the trip thoroughly but please do not expect luxury while staying and trekking.A big thanks to Surya Patel, the organiser who had been with us for this trip for making the trip a really enjoyable one. - by Jobin George for Monsoon special - The Agumbe Rainforest Camping | Muddie Trails .

LONG REVIEW BRACE YOURSELF

After 2 years of delaying and decaying my plans to Goa, one fine day I see an event in the meetup.com posted by Muddie Trails and I registered for the event. There were a lot of expectations and fears from this Goa trip.

I have to say my Goa trip has become a memorable experience and have loads of beautiful things to say about the trip. Thanks to Muddie trails. Our organizer (now friend) Shradha has done a great job in managing itinerary and making things hassle free.

Why Muddie Trails:

- Avoid the hassle of booking rooms and tickets for to and fro.

- Avoid the risk of getting cheated. Goa is that place.

- Reduce the travel cost to travel from place to place in and around Goa.

- Not getting lost - what to see and what to look for.

- Flexibility

What we did:

On the first day of our trip, the driver did a great job by helping us reach Panjim 3 hours earlier than expected. We had to few hours to spare. We visited the Aguada fort, which wasn't on the itinerary. Later we had a normal lunch(keep your expectations on the check regarding food. It's not a food festival). Later we headed back to Calangute beach and did water sports like banana ride, Parasailing, and few other things(The budget for this things are on you). Later we were about to head to Baga beach party. As it was a long weekend, the club was flooded with people. So there was a slight twist in the plan. (These things happen). We did the same party in our room, with all the music and dance and AC on. I could feel Goa in my blood already.

On the second day, we were headed to the highlight of the event. We traveled almost an hour to a secluded island. Throughout the journey, all the needs were fulfilled(Water, food, cool drinks and BEER!). We were lucky to see a few dolphins. Then we went to a part of the sea and did snorkeling. It was once in a lifetime experience(Fishing does really happen if you are lucky enough). Then we reached an island, and it was completely secluded and was stretched for more than 3 KMS. The long stroll along the beach, with hot sand, touching your feet and the waves occasionally kissing was a beautiful experience. Later we had food provided(Once again, keep your expectations in check), which was Ok,Ok. Then later we returned back to our rooms provided, with lots of sand in shirt and pants. Later that night, we reached Baga beach. It was a great scene to watch. The food at night was once again on us.

The third day we came to Calangute beach, shopped and surveyed around the beach for few hours and spent some quality time with all the beautiful people who were part of our trip.

The trip came to a halting end, with emotional hugs and smiles. Three days just flew by and all the best moments of life were packed in those three days.

If you see this event from Muddie Trails to Goa, do yourself a favor it. Go for it.
