Endurance: High (Not recommended for First Timers)
The Route connects Pune to South Maharashtra. Both, Katraj Tunnel and Sinhgad are connected by a single mountain range of Sahyadri Mountains. This range of around 17 hills has become very famous in Pune for Trekking due to various features. The views of Pune City and the Lights, Millions of Stars, the up trail which goes up and down. All these things make one test the stamina, patience, and endurance. This makes the trek, a perfect one to start off the trekking, and for this reason, the Trek has become one of the favorites among the Trekkers.
04:30 pm: Swargate Bus Depot, Pune
05:00 pm: Travel to Katraj Tunnel by public transport
07:00 pm: Reach Base; Start The Trek After Introduction
10:30 pm: Take halt in between on open plateau for dinner.
06:00 am: Reach at T intersection on Tar road 3km before Sinhgad (trek ends here)
06:15 am: Trek ends with a briefing about how to reach Sinhgad top (for interested people) and return Pune on your own option.

Things to carry:
1. Water bottles ( 3 ltr at least)
3. Ready to eat food (Biscuits, palm cakes, thepla)
4. Polythene bag
5. Extra pair of clothes
6. Good trekking/ sports shoes
7. Extra pair of slippers or floaters (optional)
8. Personal medicines (if any)
9. Cap, sunglasses, sun cream or cold cream, camera (Optional)
1. The toilet facility will not be available.
2. Consuming liquor or any kind of Alcoholic substance is prohibited. Carrying any kind of substance that's illegal is not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. Anybody found smoking or consuming alcoholic drinks will be expelled from the event without a refund.
Other Conditions & Indemnity:
I am aware that participating in adventure sports like kayaking, cycling, trekking, climbing, and rappelling has some inherent risks of illness, injury or death. This may be a result of the negligence of others, myself, forces of nature or other agencies knew or unknown. Rescue and medical services may not be able to reach me in time.
I hereby fully assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and the Kayakers, its owners, employees, consultants, agents and associates from all actions, claims or demands from any damages resulting out of my participation in this sporting event. This obligation is binding upon me personally as well as on my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and all members of my family.
I hereby authorize any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of any emergency, injury or mishap. I agree to bear all costs of rescue and/or medical services that may be incurred on my behalf.
I recognize that as the provider of services, the Kayakers will operate under a covenant of good faith and fair dealing, but that it may be necessary to terminate any event or adventure excursion due to forces of nature, medical necessities or other reasons. I accept their right to take such actions for the safety of all participants including me.
I understand that though precautions will be taken to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, there can be no guarantee of absolute safety against illness, injury and/or accident and that there are grave and unpredictable elements of risk in any adventure, sport or activity associated with the outdoors.
I agree that any film or photographs of me as a participant becomes the property of the Kayakers and may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.
