Pineapple Gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
Chocolate Ganache (with base sponge & icing)
Photo Cake (with base sponge & icing)
Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

*Fees Payable*: Rs. 12,000/- per participant only.

*Certificate*: Certificate of attendance will be issued to the candidates with 100% attendance and only acquiring the required skills.
*Note*: This is a hands-on workshop and you may carry your own baked items proportionately back home for your loved ones. You will be getting a file of recipes, pen and chef cap before the start of the session. You do not have to carry any ingredients.
