This Summer, gift your little ones - a fantastic journey of imagination Make them a part of our Storytelling & Mono-acting Workshop
Children love stories because they take them to an imaginary world. Narratives are a fundamental instrument of thought. Storytelling is the most powerful way of expressing ideas. The ability to put into words what is written effectively, with expressions, the right voice overtones and apt gestures is what story-telling is all about.
Children always love to think that there's a magical world out there where there is Harry Potter, Santa Claus at the North Pole or Mowgli who lives in the jungle or some Charming Prince, a Talking Doll, a Flying Carpet or an Invisible Man as long as it stimulates them emotionally and through imagination.
This workshop aims to teach children, all about effective story telling and to enact the characters in their stories. How to create openers, tips to Show a story, use of gestures and facial expressions, voice modulation, varying the pace of the narrative, using pauses, effective use of the available space, using the right flavour of drama and how to address the audience effectively.
The sessions will be fun filled, lively, interactive and performance based where participants will actively narrate stories and perform solo acts.
