Trek departs every day from 15th May to 10th September.

Himachal Pradesh is beyond doubt one of the most popular destinations in India. It is well known for its quaint and picturesque hill-towns, and also for the many thrilling Himalayan Treks that it has on offer for the adventure seekers. According to the reports from the Indian Meteorological Department, the weather in 2019 is the most favorable for trekking in the Himalayas. Hampta Pass is an unusual, special pass. It climbs out of lush green valleys of Kullu to a perpendicular overhang, high in the mountains. The overhang you stand on is almost like a balcony view to a different world below; the deserts of Lahaul. From the pass, you see the Lahaul valley in one wide panoramic sweep. It is one the most dramatic twists in landscape you'll see. We dont think you would want to miss this opportunity to experience the Himalayas at its best. So come join us and book your seats now!

Day 1 - Report at the Manali Base Camp

Arrive in Manali on your own and report at our campsite. The first day is reserved for a meet and greet, and you will be given an orientation session by the trek leader covering information like rucksack packing, walking techniques and information about the trek and the route. Acclimatize yourself with the weather and you can explore the town on your own. Retire for the night and camp in the meadows for the night to acclimatize better.

Day 2 - Drive From Manali to Chikka

On the second day, we leave the base camp by 8 AM as we have a long drive ahead of us. We will be carrying lunch and breakfast with us. The first leg of the day's travel would include a jeep drive from Base Camp to Hampta Dam. The trail is surrounded with Maple, Pine, Walnut, and Oak trees, making it refreshing and enjoyable. After reaching Hampta Dam we drive further to Chikka, which is also our final destination for the day. It is a scenic trail as you will be crossing two wooden bridges and a small patch of forest. We reach the campsite at Chikka and prepare for our stay overnight post dinner.
