Tandulwadi, at the distance of 104 km from Mumbai, is located near Saphale. 800 years old this fort, was primarily used as watch tower over the surrounding place. At a height of 1524 feet, it has views of the surrounding towns of Saphale, the Zanzorli lake, and the confluence of the Surya and Vaitarna rivers.
From the top of the fort are seen Kohoj fort, Takmak fort, Asheri fort, Mahalaxmi pinnacle and the Arabian sea.

06:00 Start from Sion. On the way pick up from Bandra, Andheri & Borivali. Breakfast will be served en route.

13:30 Reach base village. Change cloths and have lunch

What to Bring!
Extra pair of clothes, Towel, sport shoes, floaters, plastic bags for wet cloths, 1 ltr water bottles for each participant including child, chocolates, Sunscreen, peppermint, personal medication if any, shoulder bag for each participant including child (no sling bags). During Monsoon - Windcheaters

Chappals, money, expensive jewellery and junk food.
P.S.: Please do carry a small shoulder bag to carry during the trek which will be enough to carry water bottles, cap, handkerchief, plastic bag, extra floaters/sandals, windcheater, and chocolates. Also advisably each participant should carry it, including children. Do not carry common bag between whole family.
