In collaboration with RainbowFish StudioThe Piramal Museum of Art and RainbowFish have combined their expertise to offer your child a summer to remember. In this unique summer camp students will work in the museum space on a different medium each day of the week including Charcoal, Shading pencil, Printmaking, Watercolour paint, dry pastels, sculpture, video and digital art. They will be guided by our experts through various fun and creative activities using the ‘medium of the day.’ In a typical 2-hour session, students will complete two to three activities, keeping them busy and engaged while exposing them to a variety of techniques with the medium.Collaborative works will be displayed and parents are welcome to visit the museum to view them. They will also be shown images that teach them about how both Indian and international artists have used the medium in different ways to express themselves. At the end of each day's session children will be encouraged to present their work and discuss their choices or point of view. They learn to constructively critique art using appropriate vocabulary.By the end of the week your child will not only have beat the heat and had a great time, but will have many individual works and a Certificate from Piramal Museum of Art and RainbowFish to take home for their portfolio.
