Bhigwan located on the Pune-Solapur highway is around 250 kms from Mumbai. Popularly known as mini Bharatpur of Maharashtra, the backwaters and wetland of Ujani Dam provide a natural habitat for migratory birds to thrive and makes it an ideal bird-watching destination. Apart from a flock of hundreds of flamingos, one can expect various resident and migratory species of Ducks, Herons, Egrets, Raptors and Waders. It is an ideal place for wildlife photography and our naturalists/wildlife photographer mentors JY Brothers will share their knowledge and experience of the wild outdoors.
Get ready to capture some fascinating shots while watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake.
