Game Thinking is a revolutionary approach to product development that has been designed by world-renowned Game Designer and Startup Coach from Silicon Valley, Amy Jo Kim. If you are an entrepreneur, a startup founder or a Product Designer working on your next MVP or individual planning to start working on an idea, come to this event to understand how you can equip yourself to take your next steps backed by data that you get from your audience.

In this 2 hour session, you will get to know about the key concepts of Game Thinking, like:

  1. Find & leverage your Superfans: Superfans are the early high need, high-value customers who are keen to participate in co-designing the solution that they would use.
  2. Test & iterate early in the rough form: Once the superfans are picked we can identify their habit patterns related to our product, create rough low-tech prototypes and iterate by showing these prototypes to the superfans. Once we get validation from them we can proceed for development. This will ensure that the time and money spent on developing a solution is based on a validated hypothesis and hence most likely to result in employee engagement.
  3. Create a path to mastery: We should clearly chalk out the path of a player from Discovery to On-boarding to Habit-Building right through to Mastery. This 'path to mastery' design ensures long-term engagement.
