About the Quick cooking workshop - customized for students going abroad
While discussing the preparations by some of my cousins or friends who were about to go abroad for studies, I realized that one of the key concerns that would bother them (and their parents) would be adapting to the food culture in foreign countries.
A majority of the students had never even entered the kitchen, they would resort to either carrying ready to cook food packets, dehydrated poha/ khichdi packets, or eventually ended up eating pizza slices for their meals. Obviously, these options were not healthy and not sustainable in the long run.
That's when a thought came to my mind as to why not think of some cooking technique wherein cooking, could be made easy, quick as well as healthy. After doing a lot of research, experiments, tips from experts, I designed and developed a quick cooking workshop mainly focussing on these students
