Block Printing Workshop Block printing is an ancient art of printing patterns on textiles usually of linen, cotton or silk, by using wooden blocks or metal blocks, which are carved to create beautiful designs. India is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of block printed fabric in the world. It is the earliest, simplest and slowest of all methods of textile printing but used widely all over the world and appreciated and liked by all. Creative Culture Escape in association with Dolly Jain Shah brings to you one such opportunity to appreciate and learn from a hands-on Hand Block printing workshop.

About the facilitator: Dolly Jain Shah is a Textile and Fashion Designer, She has been conducting Textile Printing workshops from the last 21 years in Kolkata and now in Mumbai. Also, was a visiting faculty with Garodia School of Professional Studies.
