Each day is a mix of the good, bad and the ugly. But negative self-talk, the presence of negative people and information overload from social media, makes the ugly overwhelming. It produces toxins within us making us dull, both physically and emotionally. This, ultimately leads to burnout.
Meditation is the key to throwing off the negativity and clearing the energy channels inside our body lies with us. Meditation brings us harmony, ease and lightness. The utter fabulous payoff is that we see this reflected in our personal and professional life too.

With over 15 years of experience in working with the underprivileged in Zambia, Ishita has inculcated empathy and compassion which brings added nuance to the social and therapeutic work she does in Mumbai. She is closely involved with numerous projects and camps dedicated to teaching English, general etiquette & physical hygiene to underprivileged children and young women. She also assists the Child Cancer cause, at Tata Memorial Hospital.
