Travel by hired minibus from Borivali National park - 07:00 am ( 3 hours approx)
Breakfast at Saivan village - 30 minutes.
Briefing and introduction -15 minutes.
Ascend trek - 3 hours.
Reach the top & Explore Gambhirgad -1 hour.
Descend trek via different route - 2 hours.
Reach base village & Lunch Break - 1 hour.
Freshen up and proceed towards Mumbai by minibus. -3 hours approx.
After payment confirmation, the participant has to fill up the mandatory disclaimer online form with accurate details else will be asked to refill by the event host.
Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
Participants will be notified in prior when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Participants should pay their own bills for the excluded expenses.
Any kind of intoxication is strictly prohibited. Will be expelled from the event If found with consumption.
Please do not litter any plastic, We commit to keeping our events clean.
Washroom facility is available at base village.
Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow ramblers.
Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
No group discount is applicable.
If the participant cancels their registration one day before the event or on the day of the event, a refund of 50% is paid. We don't carry forward the fee to the next event.
The ticketing platforms have variable convenience fee which will be 2 to 10 % higher than the event price which must be borne by the customer.
If the event is canceled by the organizer we provide a full refund.
If the event is canceled halfway through the event then refund will be provided deducting the transport fee if going by private vehicle. However, the final amount to be refunded will be based on the event organizer.
If you cancel the event one day before the event then we provide a refund based on the instructions described on the event as every event has its own refund cancellation policy.
The refund provided will not include the convenience fee.
There won't be any refund for a no-show.
We don't club the amount paid for future events if you withdraw from the event, We provide a refund based on the event instructions.
What to Wear:
Quickdry full sleeve clothes. (Avoid Jeans or thick pants!!!)
Trekking shoes /outdoor boots/ sports shoes with a good grip.
What to Bring:
Carry a single rucksack with the following things:
Minimum 2 liters of water.
Food items like fruits, dry fruits, Thepla, energy bars, etc.
Raincoat/ poncho.
Cap/ Hat/mosquito repellent.
Spare set of clothes, an extra pair of socks (pack them in waterproof polythene material).
Personal medicines if any.
Identity Proof.
Event fee:
INR 950 per head; Inclusive of transport from Borivali- base village- Borivali by minibus, breakfast & Veg Lunch.
How to Register:
Step -1: Go through the following online payment.
Step-2: After payment, you will be requested to fill up the Mandatory participation disclaimer form.
Step -3: We will create a WhatsApp group on the day of the event for coordination, We will coordinate through SMS/ Call if the participant is not available in WhatsApp.
