In a Nutshell
It is a 4-week Fitness Plan for ages 12 and above.
A perfect plan for the kids to combine fun, fitness, health awareness and learn essential life skills, while enhancing efficiency and building a positive attitude. Play 2 Fitness for kids will foster a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness into their daily life, as well as Development Skills such as Leadership, Respect, Teamwork and Optimism.
