Day 1-
Early morning pick up from designated points in Mumbai city. Travel to beautiful campsite (122 kms, approx. 3 hours) Arrive at the campsite by noon. Check in, meet and greet, orientation to the programme and room allotment. Lunch followed by icebreakers and energisers.
Begin exciting activities like Rappelling, Burma Bridge, Archery, Rifle Shooting, Obstacle Course in groups. Evening snacks, dinner, indoor team games, lights out.

Day 2-
Wake early, fun exercises and warm up followed by a short nature trail. Breakfast, followed by team games in the outdoors- unleash the friendly competition as teams compete in relay, old-school games Kho-Kho, Dodgeball, Dog & the Bone among other exciting games. Break for Lunch. Next, break into two groups -first group to indulge the creative artists in an Art Challenge while the second group engages in a Music and Dance activity. Swap groups and reconvene for evening snacks. Fun team games. Flex time to prep for Talent Night. Dinner followed by Talent Night. Lights Out.

Day 3-
Wake up. Breakfast. Learn Warli painting- an ancient tribal art, make gift postcards to keep as souvenirs of a camp well spent. Team games. Closing ceremony and prize giving. Lunch. Travel back to Mumbai.





Travel: AC coach for transfers from Mumbai city to campsite and back

Accommodation: Accommodation on multi-sharing in Swiss tents

Food: Unlimited Vegetarian, Jain and Non Vegetarian buffet meals breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner (Breakfast on day 1 to Lunch on day 3). Bottled water and snack hampers during bus journeys. Filtered water at the campsite.

Content: Fully supervised programme, adventure activities and equipment by trained staff from Trailblazers.



Evacuation: Any emergency evacuation or medical expenses

Others: Aerated drinks, Extra bottled water, Extra meals based, Shopping, Telephone calls, Porter services, Tips

We do not control nor operate any coach company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned in this literature. Though we take care in selecting all the facilities in the camp we can only select and inspect them, as we have no control in running them. TRAILBLAZERS cannot be held responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency; railways, transport, hotel; any provider of services for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management of any hotel, railways coach owners/ operators who are the companys independent contractors. TRAILBLAZERS cannot be held responsible for any consequence of an act or actions of co-travelers, co-passengers; which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb or property of the client or interference with enjoying or availing the services to be provided on the TRAILBLAZERS Outdoor Programme. Trailblazers will not bear the cost of any emergency evacuations



  1. What are the safety provisions?

Trailblazers experts follow Strict Child Protection Policy to ensure child safety during our domestic

and international programmes. The team follows a comprehensive Standard Operation Procedure during

the camp.

Swimming and overnight road journeys are strictly not allowed in any of Trailblazers programmes.

Adult supervision will be carried during all the activities, visits and all other times.

  1. What are the medical facilities available?

Trailblazers team members are certified first- aiders from St. Johns, Mumbai. Besides, the nearest hospital

is informed about the camp and a doctor on call is available through out.

  1. What are the qualifications of the instructor?

The lead instructors are minimum Post Graduates with specialization in fields of Ornithology, Bio-diversity,

Botany, Psychology or Mountaineering. The team holds experience of working with students from Indian

and International schools.


  1. What is the staff-child ratio?

The staff to child ratio will be 1:13.


  1. How are the food allergies and dietary requirement taken care of?

Our team will study the medical allergies/ dietary requirements of the participant before the camp and will

make adequate provisions for the same. They will get in touch with the parent in case if they have any

additional queries.


  1. What type of food will be served?

We serve child friendly menu during our camps and ensure all meals are hygienic and wholesome with a

wide range of cuisines to accommodate as many preferences as possible. Meals will be mostly in buffet style.

  1. What is the cancellation policy?

  1. Can parents visit when the camp is in progress?

One of the objectives of the camp is to foster an environment of independence where the participants learn

to adjust with each other, make new friends, be away from their comfort zone, face new challenges.

Being a camp for children and young adults, we do not allow parents to visit the camp.


  1. How much pocket money should the child carry?

All expenses are paid for through the camp. However, pocket money of INR 300 can be given to participants

if required.


10. Are mobile phones allowed during this programme?

Yes. However, they will be permitted to use only during specified hours.


11.How do I get access of the photographs from the camp?

We will update the pictures frequently on our will depend on internet connectivity and may or may not feature your child. The purpose of the photograph

will be to showcase happenings during the camp.


12.How do I communicate with my son/daughter during the programme?

We will send you daily update through SMS/ personal WhatsApp message about the activities of the day.
