Indigo Mustard art project believes in teaching art the right way - offline, at ease and in the company of a master artist. We collaborate only with established practicing artists to bring you a completely fresh perspective to art and creativity. We carefully curate workshops to ensure you have an overall splendid experience with everything is taken care of.
We are aware that a lot of budding artists and beginners are afraid of watercolor painting because the medium is delicate, dries fast and can't be overwritten! This workshop is therefore structured to help you get started with watercolors as a grown-up, get over your fears, correct your practice and learn all this from a master artist.
Vikrant Shitole is an award-winning fine artist, a graduate of the reputed LS Raheja School of Art and a professional animation filmmaker. Best known for his watercolors, he has the ability to magically transform even the most mundane everyday scenes into the sublime. We are lucky that he also enjoys teaching and has conducted workshops both at home and internationally.
The two-day workshop gives participants ample time to learn the basics of watercolor paintings as well as learn to observe the style of the master artist during his detailed demos. Note that the format of the workshop encourages you to be a keen observer, listener and learner. Both days will be an indoor intensive workshop with lots of hands-on practice and personal guidance from the artist.
