Join for a Yoga For Beginners program designed by Sadhguru. The practice taught will be a beginners module called “UPA YOGA”. The program itinerary includes UPA Yoga - Yogasanas, Nadi Vibhajan, Meditation, and Delicious Satvik Breakfast at Fortis Hospital, Mulund.
Upa Yoga, which is based on a sophisticated understanding of human body’s mechanics, is a simple yet powerful set of ten practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. It is a good starting point for those who are new to yoga, and can be used as a preparation for other yoga practices.
The practice will be offered by Shlloka, an Isha Hatha Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Author, and trained extensively under Sadhguru.
The program will be held on 16th November (Saturday) from 7-10 am
Satvik Breakfast will be provided. The fee is Rs 1200 per person.
