Learn the balancing techniques and best-kept kitchen secrets in our Vietnamese Street Food class creating a classic rich Pho (noodle soup), delicately soft Summer Rolls (rice paper spring rolls) and a perfect crunchy Red Cabbage, Spring Onion and Peanut Salad. In our Vietnamese Everyday class, you’ll learn home favourites of Griddled Broccoli with Black Sesame Peanut Salt, Sticky Caramel Chicken or Mushrooms with Ginger and Chilli, and a Fragrant Chicken (or rice noodle) Salad. Healthy meals packed with flavour that happen to be gluten free and vegan-friendly. Both classes are suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The non-vegetarian recipes use chicken, fish and prawns. It is suitable for all skill levels (including beginners).

You would be provided
