General Info: 1. Property is situated on a height of 2,3150 m (8,050 ft) 2. The temperature will be around 15-20 degree during daytime and around 10-12 degree during night. 3. It has a valley view, surrounded by the high peaks. You will observe the sunny day and chilling nights. 4. It is 8 km De-tour (Off-Road) from Mussoorie near Clouds End, Hathipaon, you will definitely going enjoy the jungle terrain and off-roading till the site.

Petroleum Jelly/ Sunscreen Lotion/coconut oil for the dry screen. 8. Sunglasses/ gloves. 9. Walking Stick (in case anyone needs that) for the trek. 10. Reusable Water Bottle (We provide drinking water but we discourage littering of plastic, so no disposable bottles or poly bags allowed on the property, pls help us to conserve the nature) 11. If anyone carrying Cameras, do carry extra Batteries. 12. Do carry Hiking Backpacks.
Should Take Care of: 1. On mountains whatever you litter will stay here for years. We request you not to litter or throw empty plastic bottles or wrappers of chips and another eatable. Pls, try to bin them or carry the same with you and dispose at a suitable place. 2. The place is conserved by the locals, they are the host, we expect you to be polite with locals and give them due to regards, no misbehave with locals or among the group will be tolerated. 3. Everyone is fond of music, your group members as well as the locals. But it should not interfere with anyone's personal space. Enjoy the music but keep it low considering the locals and your group members. 4. Be decent to your group members, we are here to make friends and be remembered for good deeds and fun during the trip, so please don't spoil the trip with unwanted behavior. 5. Be careful about the wild animals, we have leopard and other local animals being regularly spotted, if lucky we will get to see them. You will definitely get to see the beautiful birds during the trek and jungle walk. 6. Don't be over drunk or out of control after drinks, mountains are riskier than plains after drinks, the property has a lot of slopes and steep falls, so please enjoy responsibly. 7. Please use Toilets, anyone found peeing around the property will not be spared and may be stranded from the group. 8. In case anyone has a hill sickness pls convey to the group coordinator, he will assist you if required. 9. For any requirement/complaint or suggestion, your single point of contact will be the Group Coordinator his/her number will be circulated with your booking ID. 10. At any time, for any obscene/unwanted reason, if the group coordinator finds, he may terminate your trip and no refund for the same will be made. You have to leave the property and the trip.
