The adventure of riding your bike through Ladakh calls for tourists from around the globe.The highlight of this tour is riding through the rough roads and High Mountain passes on your bike. Experience Ladakhi culture, a visit to Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the world along with a visit to Pangong Tso, one of the most famous and breathtaking lakes in the world.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Manali

Today you will arrive at Manali and then will be transferred to the hotel. After taking rest for a while and you will be introduced to your motorcycles in the afternoon. You can take the bike for a short ride. In the evening you would be given the tour introduction by the tour leader and we will have dinner at hotel and stay there overnight.

Day 2: Manali to Jispa
Distance: 140 km

Today after breakfast you will start your journey in the Himalayas from Manali to Jispa crossing Rohtang pass and also crossing several beautiful villages of Lahaul Valley like Kokshar, Sissu, Gondhala, Tandi and Keylong. On reaching the destination you are free to stroll around after check-in. We will have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Jispa to Sarchu
Distance: 90 km

Today after breakfast we move towards Sarchu en route passing two beautiful lakes Deepak Taal and Suraj Taal. Also, we cross Zing-Zing Bar and Baralacha Pass (4850 Mtrs). On arrival, we check in at the camp for overnight stay.

Day 4: Sarchu to Leh
Distance: 250 km

Today we take an early start after an early breakfast and cross three high mountain passes Nakila Pass (4900 Mtrs), Lachlung La Pass (5000 Mtrs) and Tanglang La Pass (5300 Mtrs). Then upon reaching Leh we will check in at the hotel and rest there over-night.

Day 5: Leh rest day
Distance 50 km

Today we can take rest or you are free to stroll in the market and check out nearby places.

Day 6: Leh to Pangong Lake
Distance: 220 km

After breakfast, we will start for Pangong lake (4350 Mtrs) and also visit the 3 Idiots shooting point en route we cross Changla Pass (5356 Mtrs). We will arrive at Pangong, (the highest salt water lake in the world). We will check-in near a camp beside the lake.

Day 7: Pangong Lake- Leh- Khardungla- Leh
Distance: 250 km

Next morning after breakfast we will head back to Leh from Pangong and then after a small halt, head towards the Khardung La Pass (5359 Mtrs). Khardung La Pass is historically very important as it lies on the major Silk route from Leh Central Asia. About 10,000 horses and camels used to take the route annually. We will return to Leh and rest overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Leh to Sarchu
Distance: 150 km

Taking the same route back to Sarchu and we will camp the night here.

Day 9: Sarchu to Manali
Distance: 230 km

After breakfast, we will head back towards Manali taking the same route back. We will check in at the hotel and rest overnight after which our tour ends.

The balance needs to be paid 45 days before the tour start date

The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled.
No refund will be applicable in case of cancellation due to Natural contingency, political turmoil or disaster.

How to get there

Book your flight to arrive at KulluManali Airport (KUU).
You can book your return journey on Day 09 departing late evening.

Alternatively, you can book your flight to Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) or Chandigarh International Airport (IXC) and catch a bus to Manali.
