An acclaimed acupuncturist & yoga therapist, Anisha Subandh will guide you through gentle Vinyasa yoga flow and Pranayama, chosen to deepen awareness and increase energy flow.
This will be followed by energy balance acupuncture in Shavasana and complete relaxation in Yoga Nidra.
