Stress Buster is a fun session that leads to physical activation and mental relaxation. There are a variety of ways in which we can do so. In this particular session, we would use Creative Movement Therapy for relaxation.
Dance and movement therapy or creative movement therapy is a technique based on the very fact that our bodies and minds are connected. Hence, whatever happens in the mind affects our body and whatever happens in the body affects the mind.
In this session, we would learn to release our mental stress with the help of our bodies.
We do not take it seriously but stress is a cause of many health problems that we are suffering from today. It weakens our immunity, it causes heart problems, breathing problems, high blood pressure, insomnia, depression and much more.
You can deal with your stress once you identify it. This session will help you to get cues when stress is becoming distressed for you.
