Absolutely terrible organizing skills. I work in a service industry and can guarantee you that even an executive of lowest caliber would have done better than what your entire team did. To start with ...all age groups were called at 8am. Nobody knew what their slots were? Children kept waiting for 8 hours before knowing what their matches look like. The experience was very bad . No facility of refreshment(paid) for parents . The focus was on their kids only. No time was given to younger kids to get used to the environment of the hall. totally mismanaged.

draws print was very small confined to a small board.could have been emailed 1 day before.with time.

merchandise got stolen as per the comperer.so not distributed the towel signed by Gopichand! .so only juniors got the towel.whereas the adult category and others on the second day did not get the merchandise.

also the event official time was at 8am and it started at 10am....alll frustrated waiting......

I book a ticket for participating in +35 category for both Table Tennis and Badminton. Unfortunately, the 35 above was cancelled by them due to lack of participant. I was requested to take part in the Junior categories, but I decided not to take part with the younger ones due to lack of practice. I ask this guy who was part of the organizer CONTACT NO: 9910115408, about my money and he told me that it would be refunded in a day or two and I am still waiting for their refund like they promised me... Sad not to have qualified to the 2nd round. However, the exposure I got will definitely enrich my experience. Since I am only 10, such exposures are very important to me. Participated for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by the court and its surroundings. Everything was meticulously organised. No complaints, no regrets. Lost but enjoyed. One humble request to the organizers - Please keep organizing such championships more frequently.
