  1. The meetup will happen on Zoom & can be viewed from anywhere (It will not be recorded for viewing post the session).

  • Led several initiatives to improve payment clarity in the post-booking area, including price breakdown, payment schedules, receipts
    and refunds leading to a reduction in CS tickets by 16.2% and cancellations by 2.3%
  • He is also the Experimentation Ambassador for all Payments teams, helping teams design and run best quality experiments
  • Previously worked as Chief Product Officer at Juggernaut Books & Product Manager at Times Internet
