This workshop is for people who want to either start or upgrade their diet with more nutritious yet delicious plant-based recipes and are looking for a healthier lifestyle in a fast-paced commercialized world.
Recipes like Basic Green Juice, Basic Green Smoothie, Sweet Almond Walnut Milk, Turmeric Pickle (oil-less), Cheesy Nachos with micro-greens & Chocolate Bliss Balls will be demonstrated step by step using mostly local and seasonal ingredients.
There will be no use of any kind of packaged or processed ingredients.
Everything will be natural and organic, sourced from organic farms around Delhi-NCR.
This workshop is going to be an eye-opener as we will not only learn but also unlearn many things about raw food.
