In this Clown workshop, you will learn how to make an obstacle become a springboard, a glance will open up a new world.
Using the dynamics, games, and tools extracted from the training and techniques of the theatrical clown, you will develop intuition, the consciousness of the body as a channel of expression and communication.
The art of clowning teaches you to breathe towards the base, register your centre and awaken your physical, emotional and mental bodies.
We will play, awaken our mischief, creativity and become friends of the mistake.
Through dynamics of sensitivity, you will approach a genuine state of openness and vulnerability.
