We will be doing a beginners asana and pranayama lesson. The asanas will be primary and easy for people who wish to become more flexible and are having body stiffness issues.
The practice is individualized so as a teacher I would be paying more attention to each one of you.
The lesson will end depending on when we have achieved the goal of completion however just for your knowledge it will be somewhere between 1 to 1.5 hrs.
