Qigong uses calm fluid movements and breath patterns, to go deep inside mind and body.
Qigong lets the body naturally reorganize itself and the natural synch of the flow of nature akin to the movement of the moon around the earth and the earth around the sun.
This gentle physical practice can help reduce blood pressure and stress, be helpful in alleviating joint stiffness, increases concentration and awareness, and creates a state of relaxation.
Juan Siblesz will guide the sessions directing each member of the class through careful instructions in a guided meditation.
