Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is a process of inner transformation and healing for everyone who is ready to take a jump from the mind to the heart.Its job is to dissolve the shocks which manifest as blockages in the electrical flow of our nervous system through meditation and relaxation.This workshop is about learning to transform the negativity accumulated in the nerve circuit of the Bladder that psychologically is about stress.Stress is the sense of an internal tension; we experience it when too much liquid is accumulated in our bladder.When there is a negative charge in the bladder, we always think: “What’s wrong with me?”Sometime we get in a state of internal sexual stress, something might go wrong;performance anxiety, fear of getting pregnant, humiliation of premature ejaculation.This provokes bad conscience, a self- judgment.In this workshop we will practice a specific form of body-work in which we will pulse the Bladder and other points of the nervous system connected to the Bladder.The gentle but continuous pressure and the connection between those points transport the magnetic pulse beat of the heart to the affected areas and they start pulsating.The electrical harmony that results from the active pulsing on specific points allows the melting of blockages and promotes inner healing.We will learn, with very simple exercises, how to transform and let go of our tensions.The moment we can to be in a state of acceptance, we can become in tune, in love with the existence.
