The workshop is mainly to create awareness about Garbh Sanskar & Pregnancy Yoga and to help pregnant women and women who are planning to conceive.
Garbh Sanskar: Garbh Sanskar is a discipline which involves different spiritual methods. It is an astonishing way of preparing right environment and teaching goods things to the unborn baby in womb during pregnancy. This helps mothers to have joyful experience during pregnancy time. Garbh Sanskar mainly prepares babies to be physically & mentally strong in their life and increases their intelligence in tremendous way.
Pregnancy Yoga: Pregnancy yoga is very safe and involves simple and easy methods of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques. Pregnancy yoga helps in avoiding complications during different phases of pregnancy and in having normal birth.
In workshop participants will learn different techniques of Grabh Sanskar and Pregnancy yoga which they can practice regularly.
