Keen to learn Chinese cuisine.. then Reema's Cooking Class is the place to be... So many varieties,m starting from basics and in such a simple manner.. More importantly all of this in just 1 day... Really loved the class and cooked the items at home, and the items really came very well.. Had few doubts when cooking and called up Reema and she was very helpful and was clarified all my doubts over the phone... Hats off to her for teaching so well and patiently listening and clearing all the doubts.. Attended Reema mam's bread making class... Couldnt' believe that we can make such soft and yummy breads, dominos style cheese burst pizza and garlic breads, tasty doughnut at home with such ease in just 1 day... others outside teach all of these in many days/weeks with a whopping money, but Reema's mam class is totally worth the money... lovely teaching, very structured with lots of patience to answer all the questions... overall wonderful experience.. - by Pooja Nahar for Bread Making, Pizza & Donuts Workshop organized by Reema Swad Cooking Classes .

Fantastic Cake Baking & Icing Classes..! That is how I would sum up my experience of learning the cakes... Reema mam teaching is very superb and simple. Cake making, which might appear difficult for a newbie like me, but having gone through the 2 day session (yes.. just the 2 day session!), I am able to make soft and yummy cakes, pastries and cup cakes. my family, friends and especially my kids are loving them. Being able to practice the icing hands-on in the class also really helps and makes it easy when trying at home... I am very keen to learn all other courses also from her. Attended the north indian and punjabi workshop by Reema. it was a great experience. Reema mam taught all the basics of roti making, but also all about Naan, gravies and everything in restaurant style.. the taste was also awesome. excellent class. Attended the cake making & icing class of Reema earlier. It was superb and excellent. Was able to learn so many varieties of cakes, cup cakes and designs. Reema mam teaches so patiently and gives individual attention to students. Made the cake and cup cakes later at home and everybody liked it. Attended cooking classes by Reema and it has been an awesome experience. her attention to individual , the patience, transperently sharing all the tips to cook awesome food, the place where to purchase the items.. all of this is very very appreciative and so nice of her... Moreover, her teaching is so simple, so methodical.. she is able to teach so many varieties in a short time. When I went for the class, was wondering how will mam teach so much in a day or two, but after attending, it's all so easy to learn. . overall an excellent experience and looking forward to attend more of her classes.. superb mam :-) - by Nikita for Cake Baking & Frosting Workshop organized by Reema Swad Cooking Classes .
