Based on the Japanese wisdom of 'Shinrin Yoku' (Forest Bathing) we will explore nature and our inner selves in a city park with various sensory experiences & activities.
We will create 'Nature Mandalas' by being in tune with our senses of Sight, Smell, Hearing, Touch, and Intuition.
A mandala is a symmetrical circular structure that is supposed to represent wholeness - a cosmic diagram that reminds us of our relation to the infinite, the world that extends beyond and within our bodies and minds.
Psychologically and spiritually it is a symbol of personal growth.
We will connect with nature and through that connect create mandalas with nature elements we find in the park. It is a fun session and you will see your creativity bloom - irrespective of whether you believe you are creative or not. You will feel a sense of ease and relaxation after it all.
So if you have had a hectic past month, no time for yourself or felt lost and in need of a vacation but couldn't take one - join us.
Facilitated by Vaishnavi Viswanathan - an Entrepreneur, Corporate Leadership Skills Facilitator for 15+ years, a Life Coach, Expressive Art therapy Practitioner, and a Tree & Animal communicator.
