Martiya is wrapping up 2019 true to its style with a dance party and you are invited. Hafla is a much-awaited event in the Bellydance circles, where professionals and beginners gather only to celebrate the joy in belly dancing.
***Bellydance embodiment workshop*** The last of the series for this season, workshops focusing on the Spine, core, glutes, and thighs. Why you should try this? 1. Belly dance hip movements do a perfect job of isolating the waist and pelvic muscles, thus very effective at reducing the waistline. 3. The hips are supports by the muscles of the leg as they execute the movements thereby giving an additional workout to the butt and thighs. 4. The graceful movements of this dance form utilize muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, which all help to build a powerful posture. 5. You can take the short exercises from the workshop home and make a daily physical fitness routine out of it. 6.
