This program is all about finding the stillness from within through movement. We begin by moving around the space, exploring ourselves, seeing what emerges from this experience. Slowly we shall settle into some moments of stillness where we go deep within the self.
Many people say they find it difficult to meditate. Let's do this by beginning with movement rather than forcing one to be still. As the movements progress driven by the body, the self takes over and maybe one sinks to the floor, another stands still and so on....the stillness emerges from within naturally.

Kalpana is a psychologist, healer, counselor, dance movement practitioner;
interested in working with people who are exploring the self from within. I make the space for self-exploration, for personal growth.
