About the instructor:
Swarup Chandrashekar has been certified by the Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. He has trained hundreds of students in whole wheat bread, eggless cakes, cupcakes, and pastries. Classes have limited seats to maximise student interaction.
