What are Shatkarmas? These cleansing methods help in cleansing the body, removing toxins, improving concentration and keeping the body healthy. Also, they improve the flow of prana into the organs and the nadis.
Why Practice Shatkarmas? 1) The internal organs, which come into contact with the external matters need to be purified.
2) When the body, organs are clean inside; It is reflected outside.
3) Detox the body and mind. It rejuvenates the body, mind and senses!
