Gopi Krishnaswamy is a Mindfulness practitioner and teacher. He has trained in various forms of present moments awareness including at Zen master Thich Nhat Hanhs school of mindfulness, having lived in the Plum Village Monastery in Thailand. Gopi combines his 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to teach the ancient art of Mindfulness in a unique way combining deep spiritual practices with contemporary application. He is also training at Googles world famous Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute bringing the power of Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to corporates across the globe.
