Let's do some self-love with Yoga, Talks & Wellness approach to connect with our inner-self and attain a blissful state.

We're bringing 'Vinyasa yoga with Pranayama'. Here we begin by coordinating movement along with regulating the breath to flow from one asana to the next. This will be ended by breathing practices and relaxation.

Post the yoga session we will have a talk on how simple 'Yoga & Wellness techniques' can help us in our health and happiness.
This session promises to be both energizing and relaxing.

Live Healthy and Happy.

Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor - RYS 200 & Yin
Teaching forms- Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin

Who can attend this session:
Any adult can join. It's perfect for beginners and all levels.

Date - All Sunday's of July'19 - 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th
Time - 9.30 to 11 am

Venue- 'The Artery' B104, Vaishnavi Terrace, JP Nagar PH

Fee: Rs.250 / head / session

Results with regular practice:
Improves flexibility and posture, feel centered & calm, gives cardiovascular benefits, detoxification.

Please join on light stomach along with:
