About Mr. V. Subramanian
After over three decades of heading a small scale manufacturing unit working with top automotive and aerospace companies, I decided it was time to make a change and pursue a new area of interest. For many years now, I have been a very active and health conscious person. I have been learning yoga under the guidance of my teacher and he inspired me to teach others to help learn yoga in a holistic way.
Since 2015, I have been teaching yoga to individuals both at homes and in corporate settings to address specific health issues, weight management, breathing techniques, stress management and meditation. My mission is to help people energize themselves using yoga and pranayama as a means to that end. I hope to help as many people as I can on my journey with yoga, to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul.
