About the workshop
Let's get you going straight into how Improvisation is a terrific way to express yourself in your most honest and sincere way. That is where your creativity and humor is hidden. Through this 6 hour workshop, we will seek out the source of our 'funny' moments on recognition of truth. Specifically, we will learn to:
- Express: We will loosen up our bodies, become comfortable in each other's presence with the help of some fun games
- Improv Concepts: We will cover some of the finer parts of Improv such as the concept of 'Yes And..', 'Good listening' etc with some games and through discussion
- Stepping into the truth to discover our humor and creativity: Improv is about reaction. And it works all the more better when it isn't 'acted' but rather 'honestly expressed'. We will explore this indepth for the rest of the workshop.

About ICB
ICB is a professional improvisational theater company operating from Bangalore. We have been operational since July 2015 and have performed in over 80+ shows across India including the very prestigious Second City Theatre in Chicago, US. We are host to India's first Improv Festival - The Bengaluru Improv Festival. We are also home to India's first and only active all-women Improv ensemble - The Adamant Eves. We offer Improv coaching to corporates, educators, children, and other performers as well.
