What is PET ? PET is an acronym for Pranic Energisation Technique and is developed by SVYASA university. What is Jyothir Trataka? It is a Kriya/Cleansing technique cum meditative technique in which we utilise the flame of a Deepa or Candle as our object of Dharana and then experience dhyana state.
