Over the last 300+ Weeks, “Tuesdays with the Bard @ Urban Solace” poets have wrung tears of joy, nods of recognition, fleeting smiles, happy applause, wistful memories ... and several unforgettable poems.

In our 303rd Edition of "Tuesdays with the Bard @ Urban Solace," we feature Iboyaima. W (Ibo) in a Take 2 Edition at Tuesdays with the Bard @ Urban Solace. Ibo hails from the Imphal the capital of Manipur in the Beautiful Northeast of India and this beauty of the region is imbedded in every cell of his being. This beauty flows through his poetry, his music, and his photography.  Most popular in poetic circles for his poem 'Unknown Humans' that captures the beauty and sensitive side of his beingness.

About our Featured Poet: Iboyaima. W (Ibo)

Iboyaima. W (Ibo) hails from Imphal city, capital of Manipur - the beautiful Northeast of India. He's donned different roles in his career - from being a fresher level Communication Analyst to being Corporate Trainer, Freelancer,  Assistant Professor, Learning Specialist for the disabled. Currently, he is working with Accenture Technology.

Ibo juggles multiple interests during his personal time out: he finds rejuvenation in traveling; he cherishes photography. He is also a big-time foodie, a movie and music enthusiast. An altruist, IBO conducts volunteering programs occasionally; currently, he visits the National Association for the Blind to do his bit.

This is Ibo's second feature with us at Urban Solace. When he is not writing, he is gathering experiences and drawing inspirations. This time, he brings us some of his candid expressions from his collection. Ibo's writing doesn't conform to a particular structure. He prefers to term his literary pieces' style as 'indie'; they fall in between prose and poetry.

Ibo's poem 'Unknown Humans' won its entry into the publication of VoicesNet Anthology (2004) - an international poetry contest, back in the day when he was a student. His other works have been published on a platform like daijiworld.

Ibo is currently working on his first book 'Not yet Titled'.
