At the hands-on workshop, We will be making & serving at least one in each category after freshly harvesting some of the Ingredients with soil to table time of less than 5 minutes! At least 4 recipes/combinations in a category will be discussed : 1. Green Juice ( vegetable based) 2. Soup ( Millet based ) 3. Salad ( build your own with quick dressings ) 4. Green Tea / Green Coffee 5. Green Smoothie ( Wheat grass-based ) 6. Sandwich/roll fillings ( if time permits).
