A Christmas pop-up presented by, An Edible Mess, the upcoming gourmet catering services. After having completed her higher studies in the UK and Switzerland, Tahreen Kapadia has decided to juggle around with a few ingredients in her kitchen and curate a three-course meal using her love and knowledge of fusion cuisine.
Everything that will be served will be made fresh and in house, with zero wastage. It will be a fun and exciting experience. One will be able to try some of the exciting dishes from the all-new upcoming menu by An Edible Mess.
It will be held for a period of two days, from the 20th of December, 2019, till the 21st of December, 2019. The guests are free to choose the date that suits them the best.
The meal will begin with a surprise amuse-bouche and consist of a choice between two appetizers and main course each, along with two desserts, because who doesn't like cake, right?
Slow Braised Lamb Shawarma, served on top of Pita Bread, along with harissa sauce, garlic toum, aerated tahini, and pickled onions
Mushroom Arancini, with parmesan tuile, mushrooms, and sesame crumble
Shakshuka, with bagels made from scratch, jalapeno cream cheese, poached egg napped with hollandaise sauce
(The ultimate Christmas Special) Twice cooked Lamb Shank, with spiced rice, braised veg, and whipped garlic puree
Strawberry Sorbet, thyme crumble and mascarpone cream
Mini chocolate log, filled with praline caramel, milk chocolate ganache, and tahini cream
