Minimalism is defined as the process of identifying what is essential in your life and eliminating the rest. Less is more.
Our modern lifestyles are far from minimalist. With so many distractions around us, we often find it difficult to create time and space to enjoy the simple things in life, like spending time with our loved ones, exercising, getting creative, cooking, or just doing nothing. We’re too busy being overwhelmed by physical, digital, and mental clutter that leads to increased anxiety and an overall sense of dissatisfaction.
Minimalism is an antidote to that state of overload.
It’s not some extreme behavior about owning nothing but two black t-shirts and sitting in a room with nothing but white space. To us, minimalism is the process of intentionally pursuing what brings you joy, and eliminating the rest. That’s it.
Many of us have adopted minimalistic lifestyles in varying forms and degrees. All of us have had different journeys in practicing minimalism.
The Minimalism meetup is an initiative by Lahe Lahe wherein we invite anyone and everyone who has been practicing minimalism - irrespective of the degree, style and time. The idea is that we learn from each other, get inspired to further deepen the process.

While there is no entry for the meetup, we do have a gratitude wall wherein we encourage people to drop/ pick up any preloved object. You are welcome to bring something with you that you may swap with another participant or else you can leave behind in the gratitude wall (Books/ Cds are also welcome)
