According to this psychometric model based on observable behaviors, all human beings can be classified as 4 basic personality types.
Each personality type thinks, reacts, and gets motivated differently. Becoming aware of these unique differences can help us influence people around us positively for win-win outcomes more often, and eventually lead to success at the workplace as well as in our personal lives.
I learned this model in 2013, and it became a significant tool in strengthening my relationships with people around me.
I've trained diverse audiences on this model over the last 6 years at large established organizations as well as smaller enterprises and start-ups. Most participants have gained terrific insights, and have been able to make small changes with significant impact in their lives.
