In our 317th Edition of "Tuesdays with the Bard @ Urban Solace," we feature Pooja Ugani, an architect by education, a teacher by profession and a poet by a whim and an artist by choice.
ABOUT THE FEATURED POET: Pooja Ugrani
Pooja Ugrani is an architect by education, a teacher by profession, a poet by whim and an artist by choice. She graduated from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, holds a PG diploma in Indian Aesthetics and is currently pursuing research on human expression at urban boundaries in community living. Her poetry has been published in an anthology of Bangalore poets named Po'try in 2016.
Pooja was invited to read at the Bangalore Poetry Festival 2019. Some of her recent work has been accepted for publishing by the online magazine titled “The Punch”.
She considers the cities of Mumbai and Bangalore, her twin homes and spends time jumping between them, writing about the small everyday things in life that intrigue and engage her.
