Facilitated by Nilam Pandya Nilam is a Yoga instructor and therapist with a background in Psychology. She has also worked with Special kids, having done a Level 3 certification with Prafull Oorja. A mother of two, her passion lies in being with kids and spreading the message of yoga to kids all over the world.
