X sense is a contemporary dance program that trains bodies in not only just contemporary skill and technique but also body and mind awareness. It is a 100-hour program that runs on both weekends and weekdays. This program has been derived from the Vitruvian man who is in the shape of an X.
The diagonal arms and legs meet at the center, which is the powerhouse of the body. This is where the emotional chakras and even the physical movement gains energy from. At the back of this center is the spine, which is the central highway that connects the brain and the body.
